1. Membership & Eligibility
- Registration: To become a member, an individual must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid identification and contact details.
- Activation: Membership is activated upon the successful payment of the 999 Rupees Joining Package. This fee is non-refundable as it covers digital services, dashboard access, and business volume (50 BV) allocation.
- Account Ownership: One mobile number and one UPI ID can be linked to a single primary account to ensure system integrity.
2. Compensation Plan & Earnings
- Direct Sponsor Bonus: A bonus of 500 Rupees is credited for every successful direct referral.
- Matching Bonus: Calculated at 10 Rupees per 250 BV matched. A daily ceiling of 5,000 BV applies to maintain financial sustainability.
- Bonuses & Rewards: Tree Bonuses, Award Rewards, and Monthly Bonanza offers are subject to specific performance criteria and timelines as announced in the member dashboard.
3. Payouts & Deductions
- Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal limit is 100 Rupees.
- Administrative Charges: A 10% Admin Charge is deducted from every withdrawal for platform maintenance and operational costs.
- Wallet Transfers: A 5% charge applies to all internal wallet-to-wallet transfers.
- Taxes: Members are responsible for any personal income tax liabilities arising from their earnings.
4. Code of Conduct
- No Guarantees: The company does not guarantee fixed monthly income. Earnings are strictly based on individual and team sales performance.
- Prohibited Activities: Any member found engaging in fraudulent activities, spreading misinformation about the company, or attempting to manipulate the BV system will face immediate account suspension without a refund.
- Ethical Marketing: Members must represent the business plan accurately as per the official documents provided.
5. Amendments & Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan, terms, or service charges at any time to ensure the long-term stability of the business. Members will be notified of significant changes via the "User Notice" section on their dashboard.
